Oh nice. I'm liking the moodiness of this piece. Did you use some kind of texture overlay for the rain effect? I think it would be even more helpful if you were to separate the foreground, midground, and background into three layers with a blur effect--blurring be the strongest on the background layer. That could enhance the look of the rain.
