12 hours, mouse, Paint Shop Pro
Trying to go realistic without getting realistic, if you catch my drift. This one was a good challenge. Until I added the flame, most of the shading was sort of lost. I tells ya, you gotta know what and where your light source is!

A huge thank you to Jason for generously allowing our youth group in Johannesburg South Africa to use this image as part of our youth group identity. The image has been adapted and was painted by a dynamic group of teenagers who live around the city of Johannesburg! While the wall painting (around 4 meters by 3 meters) is by no means perfect, it does reflect around 6 hours of work on a Saturday morning by a really special bunch of teens.
